Suddenly my mind changed melody
Jumping to A major from the minor D
When the little spark turned my reality

It lightened up my walls and ceiling
Forcing my heart and fingers to stop
This little shimmer twinkles
Shinier than angel's teardrop
Creating happy tunes around
With voice so bright, the purest sound
I swore to myself I'd never let it go
And I never will, it shines for me, I know ~

I would never believe that it could be so hard
To catch a little Sunbeam and hold in my arms
But whatever it costs and whatever it takes
I will fly to the sky, I will reach it someday
I'll find my way to the place where the summer sun sets
There are plenty of rays, but only one for me to get
It jumps out off the horizon lighting up the whole sky
A little beam of sunshine I was trying to find

And when we're far apart, I'll watch it for a while
This joyful twinkling reminds me of your smile
I'll open up my windows, the light breeze in the air
Brings back the feel when you hugged me and gently combed my hair
